TRUST US TO FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHTS

The Law Office of Hernandez Rivera-Notary Public and Attorneys at Law- is a small  firm with a strong background in real estate and business transactions, probate,  family, land development (residential and commercial), leasing, and drafting of legal deeds. The firm also handles litigation in the local and federal courts of Puerto Rico as well as bankruptcy cases representing both debtors and creditors in Chapters 7, 11 and 13.

We specialize principally in the surrounding areas of the center of the Island. Municipalities like: Barranquitas, Comerío, Orocovis, Naranjito, Aibonito and Corozal. We believe in providing clients with personal attention. As your case proceeds, we will remain in constant contact with you, keeping you updated on the progress, and we will keep you involved.

Every case is unique, and clients have different goals ranging from a desire for early settlement to a need for complex litigation to resolve a difficult dispute. We can handle all of these, and are also able to pursue a resolution through less contentious means such as mediation.
